RETURNS

To qualify for store credit and returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered 
  • Items must have original tags attached 
  • Items that does not meet condition will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return
  • Items must be free of make-up stains, deodorant marks, perfume smells/stains, pet hair, body or make-up oil, or any signs of wear 
  • Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only 
  • All items are final-sale and cannot be returned 
  • No exchanges or returns

SHIPPING 

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note shipping times may vary due to holidays, postal delay, weather, or high-volume periods.

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Madelyn K Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
